Step 1 – Watch Design

Please choose the watch styles you are interested in from our catalog and contact us for a quickly made 2D drawing with your logo. You can make changes on the existing watch styles.

If you have your own design idea in mind, please provide the details and watch references, and then our R&D team will work together with you to perfect the design ideas.

In case you already have the watch designs completed, please skip to Step 3.

Step 2 – Creating the Drawings

After the step 1, the design team will start to make the drawings based on the confirmed final design details. You will be asked for sending over the logo or brand name in vector format files ( AI, CDR, PDF or EPS).

The drawings will include your logo or brand name on every part you required, so you can have the idea how will your watches be.

At this stage we will provide a rough price in the mean time.

Step 3 – Make Prototypes Upon the Approved Drawings

You will receive the official quotation based on the confirmed drawings which made by us with your approval or you originally provide.

We will start to make prototypes as soon as you agree with the quotation and the receipt of your sample fees.

Step 4 – Feel the Watch Prototypes in Person

The lead time of prototypes is usually 35 days. Once the samples are completed, we will send the actual pictures to you and deliver the watch prototypes to you by DHL door to door.

You probably meet your watches within 5 days and check them with your team.

Step 5 – Proceed to Mass Production

You are happy with the prototypes or you want to make some change with the samples, we will revise before the mass production.

Mass production will start when we receive your 30% down payment.

We take care of the watch manufacturing and will update the process to you.

Ops Production Plant

Step 6 – Receive Your Full Watch Order

The mass production will take 50~55 days. We will deliver the watches to you upon the receipt of your 70% balance payment.

The products will be delivered by DHL, you can usually receive them within 5 days.
