Step 1
Customer provides logo photograph and specifications to get 2D rendering from OPS .
Step 2
Customer confirms the watch rendering, unit price and quantity with OPS.
Settle deposit of mass production.
Alloy watch: MOQ 500pcs. 15% deposit to start the sample production and 15% deposit to start the mass production based on the final confirmed sample.
Stainless steel watch: MOQ 400pcs. 20% deposit to start the sample production and 10% deposit to start the mass production based on the final confirmed sample.
Step 3
OPS updates the sample process details and provide the complete sample pictures to customers.
Step 4
a) Customer is happy with the sample, then OPS will send the free sample to customer by DHL.
b) Customer is unhappy with the sample, then OPS will improve the sample according to the customer’s comments and send the free sample which customer confirms.
