In early 2016, OPS Watches connected with a well-established UK watch brand during the Inhorgenta Munich International Jewelry & Watch Trade Fair. The client was seeking a reliable OEM watch manufacturer who could offer better pricing, enhanced flexibility, and uncompromising quality compared to their existing supplier.

Our Solutions
Cost Control through Smart Planning: Thanks to long-term partnerships with trusted suppliers, we source quality materials at below-market rates. For frequently reordered models, we proactively produce 500–1000 spare parts in advance, reducing both cost and lead time.
Creative Payment Strategy: Although initially hesitant due to risk, we proposed a fair solution: the client pays a security deposit upfront, but no prepayment is needed for production. The balance is settled quarterly. This reduced the client’s cash flow burden while still protecting our financial exposure.
Free Sample Commitment: We understood the client’s need for continuous product innovation and, to demonstrate our sincerity, agreed to provide all sample development free of charge—despite the high R&D cost and lower conversion rate.
Results
After receiving the initial trial order, the client was highly satisfied with the product quality and communication efficiency. As a result, they sent us a batch of existing models—originally manufactured by other suppliers—for benchmarking and quality evaluation. This marked the beginning of a broader cooperation.
Over the course of three years, OPS Watches gradually became the client’s largest supplier among all their watch manufacturers. We now consistently deliver around 25,000 watches per month, covering a wide range of their product lines. Recognizing our reliable service and commitment, the client invited us to attend their 20th anniversary celebration, a strong testament to the trust and long-term partnership we’ve built.
